Louisiana native, Tyler Joseph has been teaching people to expect the unexpected since he was a child. From beating cancer his first year in life, to learning to play multiple instruments and perfecting his vocals just to prove his parents wrong, Tyler embodies a similar persona to the outlaw country artists, country music was built on. A relative to Cajun Great Iry Lejeune and the famous Lejeune Family, Tyler now has 5 cajun accordion contest victories under his belt. Tyler is prepared to go against the grain, blending cajun and country music with a brand that’s his alone with a nod to the country greats like Hank Jr, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson.
Tyler has released 5 singles independently. One of those singles, “Searching,” had early success on the Louisiana Country Charts. Trends don't matter to Tyler. Excelling in his craft, meeting fans, and keeping smiles on their faces is what matters most to Tyler and his band, The Lost Highway.
